The bookshelves are simple to install, look neat and display the books nicely. They are expensive, however, the company claims that the shelves hold up to 44 lbs I didn't give it 5 stars because there should be more than 2 screws per shelf to hold the books. The shelves are slightly wobbly and I have concerns that over time, the shelves won't hold up. Perhaps the company can respond to this.
Quite pricey items so you'd expect top notch service. Late shipment and sent from overseas. Got stuck in the border and they couldn't unstuck it. Took forever to arrive with no explanation from them despite several emails. Every email to support took over three days to respond and offered no help. Had to ask three times for how to get a refund and eventually had to find out myself because they wouldnt help. Pretty bad altogether.

I like the look of the product and the relative ease of assembly. But oner con, the most recent shipment I received, I noticed that the floor glides have changed.
They're junk compared with the earlier ones. They do not engage the as well.
Harder to compress. If you changed suppliers, you made a mistake, If not your supplier changed somthing.

Well constructed and chic design. Wish there were instructions on how to attach the black rubber footers rather than the whimsically designed paper of nothing included. Instructions are not on the site either.

Installer beware - Use your own anchors.
The anchors that came with the shelves promptly fell out of the wall with some rare vinyl on it. I know how those anchors are supposed to work, and I also know you have no way of knowing if they were engaged or not. Recommend buying the screw in drywall anchors or fly anchors before adding anything of value to the product.
