Love the product and the responsiveness of customer service was great. One issue was that I was told there was free shipping and it was not free. This was confirmed on multiple emails with customer service. It cost $120 CAN to pay to DHL for shipping/ handling. Suggest that free shipping should not be promoted if it is in fact not free. Thanks

I love the look and how the bookshelf is built - both are amazing.

Great quality and fast shipping!
Just what I needed for my slowly growing cd collection. Really easy to mount on the wall.
