Love the product and the responsiveness of customer service was great. One issue was that I was told there was free shipping and it was not free. This was confirmed on multiple emails with customer service. It cost $120 CAN to pay to DHL for shipping/ handling. Suggest that free shipping should not be promoted if it is in fact not free. Thanks

The shelving is sturdy metal. We definitely suggest using drywall anchors to secure it to the wall. Each shelf bin holds approx. 60 albums. If you're looking to easily flip through your collection then I would say the bins hold 40 albums. Great way to display records and looks sleek.

No enough hardware pieces
No enough hardware, they only give you the exact numbers of screws and anchors, for the price they could add 1 or 2 extra especially when you buy multiple shelves.
