I had a very good experience with bikemailorder. I contacted customer service and had immediate reply. They were also able to handle smoothly the tax rules for shipping to Norway. My bike arrived very well packed. DHL was used to deliver and I was able to track. Driver called me to arrange a delivery date.
I ordered bike 12th April. Status is 'delivered' since end of April but I didn't receive anything yet (today is 7th May). I contacted few times via email, contact form and social media about my order and I received after few days two different infos about planned shipment - two of them were wrong - still waiting for my bike. I don't trust this shop at all and will never recommend to anyone.

Never ending story

Incredibly fair price on the bike I bought, but on the other hand I had to wait for my order for a full month when it was supposed to be sent in the 8 days following my order. So very long and without any communications but at the end fair prices.
