No telephone responding , also slow respond on emails. They sended product with wrong color , than i make a refund, the product arrived to the store and after 5 days of the arrive the told me they got my package and can make a reclamation, than i waited another 8 days to refund my money back on my account , because they said it will be better when i order the item from seite in my home country👍👍I dont reccommend this shop , really wrong experience , and also i dont care about your newsletter so dont send me the shi*s when are you not a reliable seller.

the bike was not delivered, waste of time over 1 month

I ordered a Keego water bottle. Product shipped reasonably fast for international shipping. It’s a great water bottle for cyclists. Titanium lining and silicon drinking spout keeps your water pure from plastic contamination.

Overall very happy with the process. As I recall shipment was only deployed a couple of days later but no biggie. One thing which is annyoing: I am receiving constant messages about items in my shopping cart which I already purchased. Customer services did not respond to my request regarding this.

I had a very good experience with bikemailorder. I contacted customer service and had immediate reply. They were also able to handle smoothly the tax rules for shipping to Norway. My bike arrived very well packed. DHL was used to deliver and I was able to track. Driver called me to arrange a delivery date.

Everything came in one package and straight to the house. The bike tires are very cool and look great. Thank you especially for the little surprise. Thanks for the good experience and service. I recommend this store to everyone.

I ordered bike 12th April. Status is 'delivered' since end of April but I didn't receive anything yet (today is 7th May). I contacted few times via email, contact form and social media about my order and I received after few days two different infos about planned shipment - two of them were wrong - still waiting for my bike. I don't trust this shop at all and will never recommend to anyone.
