Review summary
Customers consistently praise the fast delivery, the high quality of products, reasonable prices, and the wide variety and availability of items, with many noting satisfaction in finding specific products that meet their needs. Some also highlight helpful and friendly customer service. However, there are reports of delivery delays or missed delivery promises, mixed experiences with customer service including unresponsiveness or misinformation, occasional concerns about damaged goods, and several complaints about insufficient packaging leading to product spillage or hygiene issues.

Good products, but delivery is the weakest link
Products and selection are a really good, but the delivery is the weakest link. I have received a punctured food pack already two times. Problem is that they don’t use a cardboard box to protect the content. They only use a thin plastic bag. 🙁

Everything went well and we got food to our precious little jackrussell. She hasn’t tasted it yet, but my husband who find the food and this netshop to order it, is thrilled .

Ei kiva yllätys.
I ordered food for my dog from you. Delivery was promised for Monday, before my dog was due to go to boarding while I was away. The delivery didn't arrive until Thursday, so my dog had to go to boarding without food! I chose you because you promised fast delivery. It’s a shame that turned out to be a lie.
