Customer service is a joke. —I say this as a longtime customer who hadn’t had any issues with my orders until recently.
I ordered some items about 3 weeks ago that was never delivered, I sent several messages informing the company about this but I’m yet to hear back. Because I needed those items urgently, I reordered the items and more (double the amount I spent on the missing package, as I was hoping to get a response in no time) —My frustration peaked when my items were delivered, but with customers duty and TAX, on the website it clearly states the items are Tax inclusive, and this was the first time I have had to pay addition amount to clear the items.
It’s been over 3 weeks, multiple messages and calls to the customer support phone number that never rings/connects (even during work hours in Europe) and I am yet to get a response from them.
