Wartezeit bis zum Versand dauerte etwas. Danach funktionierte alles. Wenn man das erste mal bestellt, fragt man sich zunächst, ob man jemanden aufgesessen ist. Letztlich war die Zeit für mich aber kein Problem. Daher 4 Sterne.

Very fast delivery. Nicely packed. Everything looks ok, not tested yet. Not a single piece of paper though inside. Personally I would have preferred some materials related to what I ordered, like manuals or so.

Great paint, but very expensive, import from EU went faultlessly, would buy again but may consider more cost effective options

Amplifier is great, prompt despatch, but no instructions with the kits at all, nothing, not even a basic order of assembly. Some wires need soldering and it is not obvious which is left or right channel - the internet abounds with incorrectly wired examples but did eventually find someone who had full details of what lead goes where and why. I did ask support for help, but it took a week to reply so not really any use and didn’t really address my questions. It seems this isn’t unusual as no instructions are available if you were to buy the case directly from Ghent audio either… which actually would have been at some saving had I realised a kit was just the case, wires and the amp board with no instructions!

Everything was as it should be...However, the packaging was not acceptable. The drivers were just put in a padded envelope, with a thin, plastic protective shell in front of the cones. (This was cut from the manufacturer's tray and held in place by tape.) While it all luckily held-up, fragile items like this really should be shipped in a (small) box. This is the first time SoundImports has shipped something with questionable packaging. Every previous package was appropriately packaged.

Everything was fine but packing solution. Piece of cardboard that sellers team used to "protect" the mf speaker slipped and was pressing the dome of the driver. Slight damage but stil functional.

Ordered one subwoofer driver, the delivery was for 5 euro. It came within 3 days although it should have arrived in 24hrs. Package in perfect condition as well as the product.
