This was as smooth as a purchase form the EU can be these days, for those of us in the USA. Tariff/import duties were billed up front by the carrier, so there was no delay at customs. The order was here within a few days- faster than some domestic shipments.As this was a replacement for an older ,damaged tweeter, I was pleased that Sound Imports was fine with selling me only one tweeter. The Eton 29HD itself is superb- detailed and fast enough to compliment a Satori 5" Textreme MW, but so smooooooth!

Γρήγορη καί αξιόπιστη εκτέλεση τής παραγγελίας από τό κατάστημα καί τήν ups έως τήν Αθήνα , μία μικρή καθυστέρηση καί ασυνεννοησία με τήν τοπική μεταφορική (όχι τήν ups) τό δέμα μου παραδόθηκε σέ ακέραια κατάσταση. Ή ενημέρωση τής sound imports μέσο email ήταν άψογη τό op amp της Burson v7 vivid Dual δεν τό δοκίμασα ακόμη! 🎸 Ίσως στο μέλλον νά κάνω μία αναφορά για τά μουσικά ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά τού συγκεκριμένου. Tras verificar en la Web que los productos aparecían como disponibles en stock, realicé la compra un jueves a última hora de la mañana y al día siguiente por la mañana tenía el envío de UPS sobre mi mesa. En menos de 24 horas recorrió los aproximadamente 1800 Km que separan la tienda de la ciudad cerca de Madrid donde me encuentro. Sin duda, muy contento con el servicio y la seriedad demostrada, ya que muchas tiendas anuncian productos como disponibles cuando, en realidad, los tienen que pedir a fábrica para poder enviarlos al cliente.

J'ai reçu ce que j'ai commandé, très bien emballé et dans des temps raisonnables , malgré quelques infos ""pas très claires"" ;-) côté logistique/transporteur. Ne reste plus qu'à réaliser les enceintes et tester le son, mais là ce sera mon problème si ce n'est pas "top" ;-) ! Merci.

I had a wonderful experience with Sound Imports and found them very knowledgeable about the product, very responsive in giving a quote and clarifying doubts and very knowledgeable about the documents required for customs clearance in India. As a result from the date of the order I got the items within a week cleared through Indian customs which is never to easy. I would look at them for any future imports based on my experience my them.

Der basstöner ist klar und kräftig, bei manchen stücken dominiert er etwas. Leider ist der umlaufende gummiring zu dick, so dass jetzt meine frontabdeckung nicht mehr richtig schließt (Braun L 830 dreiwege-system von 1978!). Der informationsfluss bei Soundimports ist etwas mühsam, weil die sprache zwischen englisch, deutsch und niederländisch hin und her wechselt. Tolle, professionelle versandverpackung! Ein datenblatt liegt leider nicht bei.

Received the order, removed old solder with the braid, cleaned the contacts, soldered the new caps in with the Jantzen silver solder, cleaned the tip on the golden curls, and my KEF Chorales are shining brighter than ever. I'm sure it's not super duper hifi etc., but I can only recommend doing this intervention to anyone owning a pair with still the original caps in, or even buy your KEF's for 100 euros, get a kit like this and upgrade them to sound AMAZING and almost definitely above price point... Anyway - order fulfilled nicely and all the parts I needed available on demand.

I love this store! I am really happy that a store such as SoundImports exists. It supports Hobbyist audio makers. You guys have a great selection of products and the pricing is fair. You ship fast and reliably. If I had to give some ideas for improvement, the restocking of items sometimes takes too long and if there's only a single resistor or capacitor that a person is missing for their build, it's quite annoying. So maybe there's some space for improvement in restocking time.

Wide selection and prices that are favorable to me. Cheap shipping. Defective product was replaced immediately after a justified complaint. Product data sheets are attached to their pages. I don't know what could be better.

Clear and fast communication, flawless interaction! My package was a bit beat up during transfer and it was very close to damage content, so maybe packaging could improve, not sure who to blame here though.
