I am very satisfied with my experience with SoundImports. The products were well packaged and exactly as described. Although there was an unexpected delay during shipping and some confusion with the carrier, the SoundImports support team responded quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately opened a case to help resolve the issue. Communication was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. This level of customer support gives me confidence to continue purchasing from SoundImports in the future. Highly recommended. Athens, Greece

I bought the Fosi Audio Box X4 after upgrading my main setup with an Audio-Technica AT-LP8X connected directly to my Denon PMA-1700NE. However, I liked my AT-LP3X far too much to let it go, so I decided to integrate it into my home cinema rig via my Denon AVR-X3800H. For that secondary setup, I needed a dedicated phono pre-amp—and the Fosi X4 proved to be the absolute right call. I genuinely love this little box. The design looks fantastic on the shelf, and the tube sound it delivers is surprisingly rich, warm, and engaging. It simply makes listening fun and invites you to experiment with tone controls and different setups. It gave my LP3X a whole new character on the AVR. A big shoutout to SoundImports as well! I really like their shop—they offer great pricing, carry an exciting lineup of audio gear, and the overall experience was smooth. Shipping took about a week, and the package arrived in flawless, bulletproof packaging. Awesome piece of kit and a great vendor to buy from. Highly recommended!

First of all, the store's website is very clear, it is easy to add to the cart:) Payment is safe. After making a transfer or paying by card, you immediately receive an e-mail about the booking and confirmation as well as about the shipping method, each step of the parcel's journey is provided. The shipment is well packed and secured, it arrives at the indicated address. A huge selection of parts and audio.I highly recommend it and in the future I will buy parts for my audio, the quality will certainly be first clas

I like they have a big stock of parts, the site is easy to navigate and find components, and the price is fair, not the cheapest, but it's a good price. The only caveat is the lack of alternatives for shipping. In my case the order was €129.62 including shipping costs, then after arrival I paid €68 for custom taxes and Fedex asked me for another €61 for their services. This never happened to me with DHL for example. Overall I'm happy I received my order, but I'm not sure I will use the service again if it's shipped with Fedex.

This was as smooth as a purchase form the EU can be these days, for those of us in the USA. Tariff/import duties were billed up front by the carrier, so there was no delay at customs. The order was here within a few days- faster than some domestic shipments. As this was a replacement for an older ,damaged tweeter, I was pleased that Sound Imports was fine with selling me only one tweeter. The Eton 29HD itself is superb- detailed and fast enough to compliment a Satori 5" Textreme MW, but so smooooooth!

Pretty quick to ship to London. When I emailed to check on the order after about 5/6 days I had a pleasant exchange with customer service and my order was dispatched the same day and arrived the 2 days later. Actually dispatching faster might have been nice, but I'm clutching at straws. I've ordered a few times and will likely return!

I purchased a set of capacitors from Spain to restore the crossovers in my 1980s speakers; not only did they have models with the exact specifications, but I also found options of varying quality levels. Furthermore, customer service was very quick and effective in responding to my inquiry about shipment tracking. I`m very satisfied.

Excellent seller! Very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Great communication, everything went smoothly, and the service was first-class. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend this seller to anyone. Thank you for a great experience!

Very good variety of products, well documented, to be sure someone gets exactly what required. Fast delivery with good track info. Nevertheless, I would recommend for Switzerland to use national post, as it is much better than UPS or DHL, and probably cheaper.

Good website - great range and easy to find what I was looking for. Order process was smooth, communication good, dispatch was swift and and it took only nine days for products to make it from the Netherlands to regional South Australia. A happy customer!

I loved the simplicity, the easiness. It was clear, and fast how I purchased my products and oh my god how I appreciated the tracking of my shipment. Made me feel secure. I think everything’s fine but maybe faster refreshment on the shipment status. But not necessary. Thank you

I cannot recommend Soundimports enough! If you are into DIY audio looking for premium sound components for my latest speaker build or just looking for premium sound components, this is the absolute best place to shop in Europe. Here is why I keep coming back to them: Incredible Selection: They carry an amazing range of top-tier brands (like Dayton Audio, SEAS, SB Acoustics, and Peerless) that are usually very hard to find elsewhere. Lightning-Fast Shipping: My orders always arrive incredibly fast, perfectly packed, and in pristine condition. Top-Notch Customer Service: Their team is genuinely knowledgeable, responsive, and passionate about audio. Whenever I had a technical question, they went above and beyond to help me out. It is rare to find a company that combines a great product catalog with such flawless customer care. Five stars all the way—I will definitely be buying from them again!
