Only UPS as a delivery partner is a bit a con. They are incredibly incompetent:
No delivery was possible without a sign. I changed it to a delivery location (Access point) to pick it up there. Then later a mail came, that it wasn't possible to change. But it was not clear whats going on now, because it was the the day it should be delivered. So I called UPS. The told me it still at the border but it will be shipped to the Access point. Now two day later, the package was dropped in front of my house door while no one was at home. WTF.

The product was damaged. The pack was not well protected.
After reporting to the support, they said they would send a new one, however after a week, I asked for the tracking ID and the support said that they incorrectly marked the order as "concept". After that they sent the replacement product and it arrived after 1-2 weeks.
Although the first order was damaged and it took a long time until receiving the replacement order, the communication with the support was good and they immediately proposed a replacement order.

Wartezeit bis zum Versand dauerte etwas. Danach funktionierte alles. Wenn man das erste mal bestellt, fragt man sich zunächst, ob man jemanden aufgesessen ist. Letztlich war die Zeit für mich aber kein Problem. Daher 4 Sterne.

Very fast delivery. Nicely packed. Everything looks ok, not tested yet.
Not a single piece of paper though inside. Personally I would have preferred some materials related to what I ordered, like manuals or so.

thanks for your review about our company. Since a couple of years SoundImports is having a complete paperless process. We do not print packing slips, data sheets or manuals. Everything can be found on your portal at our webshop. You can download the manuals and data sheets there as well and print them if prefered. Ordet held back
I did get a note, that one of the products was not on stock. Because of this, the order was held back. I would have prefered, that the products on stock, were send and the one not on stock, being send later.
Orherwise, I am happy purchasing at SoundImports.

Everything was fine but packing solution. Piece of cardboard that sellers team used to "protect" the mf speaker slipped and was pressing the dome of the driver. Slight damage but stil functional.
