All good. Fair prices. Left the warehouse quick. Only UPS as a delivery partner is a bit a con. They are incredibly incompetent: No delivery was possible without a sign. I changed it to a delivery location (Access point) to pick it up there. Then later a mail came, that it wasn't possible to change. But it was not clear whats going on now, because it was the the day it should be delivered. So I called UPS. The told me it still at the border but it will be shipped to the Access point. Now two day later, the package was dropped in front of my house door while no one was at home. WTF.

The product was damaged. The pack was not well protected. After reporting to the support, they said they would send a new one, however after a week, I asked for the tracking ID and the support said that they incorrectly marked the order as "concept". After that they sent the replacement product and it arrived after 1-2 weeks. Although the first order was damaged and it took a long time until receiving the replacement order, the communication with the support was good and they immediately proposed a replacement order.

Everyone hates import tax

While the product and delivery times were good I would have liked a more clear warning that their would be import taxes due as this wasn’t evident. I could have purchased on Amazon at a cheaper price when taking into account taxes

Driver was just wrapped in cardboard so the cone/surround was compressed in during shipment. Certainly the driver manufacturers do not package their products like that. Luckily DHL to NZ was super quick

The Dayton Audio tweeter arrived broken (just the frontal plastic plate, luckily, so I just glued it). I don't know if the reason behind it was the "not very padded" box, or if it was already broken when adding it to the package. I use to buy online products since years and I wouldn't have expected the box to be so not protected from one side. For a first order I would have expected a better welcome :-)
