The product was damaged. The pack was not well protected.
After reporting to the support, they said they would send a new one, however after a week, I asked for the tracking ID and the support said that they incorrectly marked the order as "concept". After that they sent the replacement product and it arrived after 1-2 weeks.
Although the first order was damaged and it took a long time until receiving the replacement order, the communication with the support was good and they immediately proposed a replacement order.
