Good morning Mr. Plavljanic, We are sorry to read and find this review of yours about our work. I'd like to explain the situation to future customers: we're happy you purchased the rib protection from us towards the end of April. Since the product wasn't in stock, we immediately placed the order with the supplier, all with an estimated delivery between May 20th and 22nd, as indicated during checkout... the order was delivered on May 12th, a week earlier. As for the color, as described on the product page, we invite the customer to write the color they prefer, but unfortunately, since the choice of colors is not up to us, we do NOT always guarantee the arrival of the desired color... the fact remains that we try as much as possible to fulfill your every request, as several customers have already testified. That said, we thank you for telling us what you think anyway, these criticisms also serve us to improve, and we look forward to seeing you again within our online store!
