Most customers are satisfied with the quality, authenticity, and reliability of the products. The products are also regarded as easy and convenient to use, with simple ordering processes and clear instructions. Many customers mention that the products have helped them reduce or quit smoking, and they appreciate the variety of available flavors, especially menthol and tobacco. Additionally, pricing is generally considered reasonable and competitive, particularly when discounts are available. A notable minority of customers report issues with batteries or defective items. While most delivery experiences are positive, a few customers mention occasional delays or shipping problems. Some customers request a greater variety of flavors or better stock for certain options. There are also a few remarks about rising costs.
