I couldn't find the product I was looking for in any local store and on Amazon it was exorbitantly priced, plus shipping, despite having an Amazon Prime account with supposedly free shipping. I found it on the Vila Viniteca website and ordered two bottles. Good price, fast and economical shipping. Excellent service. Now I have a reliable company I can trust. Highly recommended.

Vila Viniteca is a reference in the distribution and sale of national and international wines. Additionally, it organizes events and publishes very interesting publications. There is also the possibility of joining the Vila Viniteca club that allows access to a selection of wines each month. Vila Viniteca is much more than a wine store.

I like the variety of wines, the advancements, and also the cheeses a lot. The different options for each product. I think the information about the wine club and the monthly offer should be improved.

There is nothing to comment on because excellence has been maintained from day one: the format of the event, the location, the treatment from the wineries present, the level of the contestants. A single flaw, although this is a strictly personal and "non-critical" assessment, compared to past editions: there was no brand of champagne.

Unfortunately I had an underwhelming service experience with you but unfortunatly it's the norm here. You can start with keeping your customers updated on delivery times, making sure they know when and where they get their order, if the order is missing an item you can ask ahead of time if I wish to make changes or at least notify me when you found out and not leave it to me to find the missing bottle and then email you to find out why and ask for a solution.

The order arrived quickly, everything well protected. I can't print the invoice correctly, I requested it but still don't have it.

I liked the product, the packaging, and the service from Vila Viniteca. The transport service could have been better. I received an email saying they would deliver on the 10th. I marked the 11th as preferred. They still came on the 10th. I wasn't home. They returned on the 12th at 3:30 PM (nap time, but oh well, okay). It's not serious, but if they give an option to choose a day, they should stick to it, right?
