Ordering and paying were easy. However communications during shipping were very lacking. You use UPS until Greece but do not inform the customer which local company were to deliver the package. Therefore according to UPS tracking my package was in Athens for 8 days whereas in fact it was in Crete in the local delivery office for 8 days. I discovered this by calling UPS and then the local company. So not very impressed with UPS nor Geniki Taxydromh.

I found the delivery charges unreasonably high. It took the full 6 days to arrive (3-6 days was the time given), and the courier that UPS works with in Greece, Geniki Taxydromiki, called to say they needed another 5 days to deliver it to my home in Loutraki! So I chose to go and pick it up myself, despite having paid €6,95 in shipping charges.

Very fast purchase. I ordered the items on Saturday and received the parcel on Wednesday. The quality is good. One small note: the colours on the screen appear more vibrant than those of the products I received. One polo shirt appeared light blue in the photos but is almost white in reality. Nevertheless, all the products are very nice.

Kinda disappointing experience
The products I ordered were okay, the dress was too wrinkled.
Also had a store pickup and after that I was planning to go to my friend‘s since what I got from Mayoral was for their baby.
The store employee just gave a torn delivery box with the items inside, even tho I asked for "gift wrapping” when I made the order online. And I told her exactly that.
And she was like "Whaaat?" and I told her again "Can you make this a gift" and she just took the delivery box and slammed it inside a bag. That’s not IN ANY CASE a proper gift packaging.
Kinda disappointing experience.
