Beautiful winter coats, so soft, warm and great fit. The only thing for me is the colour names don’t exactly correspond with the colour fabric so it’s difficult to judge online. I thought I was ordering a dusty pink coat but is more a burnt rusty colour. Still beautiful but my pink lady won’t wear it!

Don't use UPS for delivery in Ireland. Zara use An Post and you can get the parcels so much quicker. UPS don't deliver on day you think they do - they always add another 3-4 days to the original plan and the date keeps moving. Returning is not easy either so try to use the AN Post service if you can.
