So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Disappointing
After purchase the test took so long to arrive I had to check tracking information to see where it was. The test itself was easy to use. I have posted back the sample and not heard anything since. No results, no email to indicate the sample has been received. I can not recommend this test to anyone.

Very slow to get received email
Very slow to get received email, inquiry emails and Facebook messages don’t get answered. Feels like a scam. Much dearer than other companies.
Didn’t respond to an email about troubleshooting. Multiple people online state the same issues.

The allergy test results were for my staffy and the results were not what I expected for example it stated that she is highly allergic to green tea an other stuff that humans are allergic to she is a dog.

I can see your samples arrived at our lab Thursday 15th February and the results emailed Monday 19th February.
While mail delays are out of our control, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient these can be.
Would you consider updating your review to reflect the quick turnaround time by our lab once we received your sample?

I am fructose and lactose intolerant so your test is wrong

Hi Barb, thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing.
Please be aware that we do not test for fructose or lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance, despite the name, is not an intolerance (IgG) but rather rather a deficiency in lactase to digest the lactose.
In addition to this, we do not test for fructose on our blood intolerance test.
As we have resolved your issue, would you please consider amending or removing the review as it contains incorrect information?
