So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I can see your samples arrived at our lab Thursday 15th February and the results emailed Monday 19th February. While mail delays are out of our control, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient these can be. Hi Barb, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing. Please be aware that we do not test for fructose or lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance, despite the name, is not an intolerance (IgG) but rather rather a deficiency in lactase to digest the lactose. In addition to this, we do not test for fructose on our blood intolerance test. Missing blood sample card.

Collection kit was dispatched very timely and was happy with how fast it came. Unfortunately it was missing the blood spot card. I tried called the 24/7 contact number but a voice msg stated I was calling out of operating hours? I sent and online message explaining the situation to Alex. He understood straight away and had a new blood sample card that I'm now waiting to be delivered. Thanks Alex.

Couriers used

The courier, Sendle, which is used for parcels is destroying the ratings. Delivery promised between 3-5 business days after leaving warehouse. It was more like 21 days. Terrible service from courier!

Product Delay & Poor Customer Service

I sent 4 samples at the same time and paid additional for express testing. My 4 orders came in within a 2 week period of each other. When I emailed to confirm whether the sample had been received I was told that "I can wait".

I have looked into this for you and I can see a follow-up email was sent correcting this to "I can see that only one sample has been received till now. You can wait and contact us after a couple of days regarding the status of the samples. When we receive your samples then the normal processing time to prepare the results is 3-5 business days but if somebody pays for the fast track then the processing time is reduced to 48 hours. Took longer than advertising

The hair test took way longer than advertised and the report is very confusing in regards to the metals, hormones etc as it doesn’t indicate if your “imbalance” is high or low, so I don’t know how to treat the issues found.

Allergy Test Australia Improvements

The log-in process and tracking processes were horrible, I had to reach out to actually get any sort of details on my order. Alex who helped me was great I appreciate them but I shouldn't have needed to reach out like that.

This test has give some guidance as a benchmark to the causes of the issues my pet is experiencing but inclusion of meats etc not found in Aus (e.g squirrel) does indicate how very generic the responses are.

it took a long time to receive the kit after paying, i have sent back my samples about 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back, all up it is a long process to get a result.
