So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.
Much cheaper than any of my local labs and tests for more items!

I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing.
Please be aware that we do not test for fructose or lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance, despite the name, is not an intolerance (IgG) but rather rather a deficiency in lactase to digest the lactose.
In addition to this, we do not test for fructose on our blood intolerance test.
As we have resolved your issue, would you please consider amending or removing the review as it contains incorrect information?

Couriers used
The courier, Sendle, which is used for parcels is destroying the ratings. Delivery promised between 3-5 business days after leaving warehouse. It was more like 21 days. Terrible service from courier!
