So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I can see your sample only arrived at our UK lab this week and is currently being finished by our labs.
Testing takes 3-5 business days from receipt, and your results will be emailed within 1-2 hours.

I am pleased to confirm your samples arrived at our lab Thursday 8th June, for which you were emailed an update confirming the samples has arrived and were currently being tested.
As you have purchased Fast Track testing, your test results will be available within 2 business days, not including weekends when our lab is closed.
Your test results will be emailed today as per the promised 2 business day turnaround.
