So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Couriers used

The courier, Sendle, which is used for parcels is destroying the ratings. Delivery promised between 3-5 business days after leaving warehouse. It was more like 21 days. Terrible service from courier!

Your Customer Service reps are AWESOME

Your Customer Service reps are quick to respond and were so helpful. My only suggestion: I only put one stamp on my sample thinking it was only going to Florida. After waiting several day I pulled my information sheet again and realized it was ultimately going to the UK. I recommend putting the $1.45 postage information earlier in the sheet in step 3 (Sending your sample).

The Chat was clarifying

The Chat was great, but I wasn't aware that when I shipped my sample to the local address in Australia that the sample would then be shipped overseas to the UK tho the primary testing facility which can take 5-21 days. Wondering why I paid extra for a speedy results when in fact its can nec=ver be called speedy. Heather was lovely.

Great service, fast delivery seems a good product

I suffer dreadfully with allergies and take every Medication it seems. I also have air purifiers running around the clock as I live on a farm. I have used this product for about three months and it really does seem to reduce the allergy symptoms. I also have scent allergies and wish it was scent free but it’s a small price to pay.

Product Delay & Poor Customer Service

I sent 4 samples at the same time and paid additional for express testing. My 4 orders came in within a 2 week period of each other. When I emailed to confirm whether the sample had been received I was told that "I can wait".

I have looked into this for you and I can see a follow-up email was sent correcting this to "I can see that only one sample has been received till now. You can wait and contact us after a couple of days regarding the status of the samples. When we receive your samples then the normal processing time to prepare the results is 3-5 business days but if somebody pays for the fast track then the processing time is reduced to 48 hours. Took longer than advertising

The hair test took way longer than advertised and the report is very confusing in regards to the metals, hormones etc as it doesn’t indicate if your “imbalance” is high or low, so I don’t know how to treat the issues found.

I recommend, I am now more aware of my food sensitivities and what is best for me not to eat. The test also gives deficiencies so I am aware of what I am deficient in. I’ve made changes to my diet and am feeling much better

The log-in process and tracking processes were horrible, I had to reach out to actually get any sort of details on my order. Alex who helped me was great I appreciate them but I shouldn't have needed to reach out like that.

Very impressed with patience of Heather with my questions. I would have thought I would be given an information sheet re dog samples not human samples etc as it was for me dog. But of course, that isn't Heathers fault.
