So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I did a live Chat as my order went through twice (due to my wifi dropping out) the live chat was helpful I am just waiting on a reply to get one order cancelled and a refund. They said 2-3 days before I would hear back.

it took a long time to receive the kit after paying, i have sent back my samples about 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back, all up it is a long process to get a result.

While mail delays are outside of our control, we understand how frustrating these can be. Your sample has not yet arrived at our lab, but you will receive an email confirming receipt when the sample arrives at our lab and goes forward for testing. Not crash

Not all allergies are correct that they say. And they loose tests had to repeat 3 times to a disabled child.
