So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.
Emails with instructions and results were prompt. Sensitivity test results were comprehensive. Emails went to junk folder so remember to check there or add to contacts.

The results are trustworthy and I have been greatly impacted health wise by knowing what foods to eliminate from my diet including very unexpected ones. But I have found the process of sending recieving and communication in between poor.

The results were quite confusing. For example, it stated my dog was highly sensitive in some types of food & my thoughts was to remove them from her diet where I can.
But under nutritional balances it says she is lacking in certain requirements, but they form part of the foods that she has a higher sensitivity to.

it took a long time to receive the kit after paying, i have sent back my samples about 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back, all up it is a long process to get a result.

Not all allergies are correct that they say. And they loose tests had to repeat 3 times to a disabled child.
