So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.
Slow to dispatch and receive sample kit. Results slower than advertised but overall happy with analyses and service.
