So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Product Delay & Poor Customer Service

I sent 4 samples at the same time and paid additional for express testing. My 4 orders came in within a 2 week period of each other. When I emailed to confirm whether the sample had been received I was told that "I can wait".

Hi Samantha, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the service. I have looked into this for you and I can see a follow-up email was sent correcting this to "I can see that only one sample has been received till now. You can wait and contact us after a couple of days regarding the status of the samples. When we receive your samples then the normal processing time to prepare the results is 3-5 business days but if somebody pays for the fast track then the processing time is reduced to 48 hours. Thank you so much for understanding!" I have flagged this with the team to ensure all emails are being proofread before sending. I did a live Chat as my order went through twice (due to my wifi dropping out) the live chat was helpful I am just waiting on a reply to get one order cancelled and a refund. They said 2-3 days before I would hear back.

Your Customer Service reps are AWESOME

Your Customer Service reps are quick to respond and were so helpful. My only suggestion: I only put one stamp on my sample thinking it was only going to Florida. After waiting several day I pulled my information sheet again and realized it was ultimately going to the UK. I recommend putting the $1.45 postage information earlier in the sheet in step 3 (Sending your sample).
