The initial shipping was fast and without any problems. The snowboard arrived and we tried it out three times until we found out there was something wrong with it (factory mistake). Contacted the shop, was helped extremely fast (we needed the board on Sunday, and contacted Monday but different countries) and very professional. New board was shipped that same day, and arrived two days later. Very happy with how we were helped. Very happy with communication, email and phone contact. In short: buy here.
