After yesterday’s chat will Alex, I thought the problem was being solved. However, I had to chat again today with Heather, as no results for Mum yet. She said there was a problem & it was a mis-scan & another sample needs to be sent off…
I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response
The customer service is rubbish, unsure about the product
I ordered my pack in early Jan and needed my result before a specialist appt. I received an order confirmation to say that my item would be dispatched in 3 working days. I didn't receive anything until I followed up and got this product far too late for my appt. I have returned the product as suggested and forwarded through the tracking details. I have since made several follow up emails regarding my refund, no one is responding. Tried the phone number which says it's not active. Awful customer service and leaves little confidence in the product itself.

Do not recommend, potential scam

They took excessive time to provide test kit which did not arrive for weeks by which time we had gone overseas. Having finally got to complete the test I’m now waiting for results so can’t comment on anything more at this stage.

Simple process, could improve turnaround time and specificity of tree allergies (expected pine to be on there).
Also would help if they told you NOT to take antihistamines BEFORE doing the test. Otherwise, it does what it says

There are a number of reasons results may not be what you were expecting, and factors that could affect this include previous testing methodology, medications, diet, etc.
