After yesterday’s chat will Alex, I thought the problem was being solved. However, I had to chat again today with Heather, as no results for Mum yet. She said there was a problem & it was a mis-scan & another sample needs to be sent off…
I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response
The information was really helpful. I did have a problem with the conmunication I did not receive an email after puchasing the hair test.

No more red, itchy or sore skin for our beloved family dog
Such an easy process and it was great to get such a comprehensive list of the things my dog was reacting to. From this we have been able find a food that has none of his allergens in it, and his skin has now calmed down and he is itch free.
