I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response

Do not recommend, potential scam

Interesting information and presented in an easy to read and understand format. The first email sent went to my junk mail so worth checking if it seems to take a while to arrive. I received a quick response to an enquiry I sent through.

Simple process, could improve turnaround time and specificity of tree allergies (expected pine to be on there). Also would help if they told you NOT to take antihistamines BEFORE doing the test. Otherwise, it does what it says

They took excessive time to provide test kit which did not arrive for weeks by which time we had gone overseas. Having finally got to complete the test I’m now waiting for results so can’t comment on anything more at this stage.

Took really long to receive the testing pack from when I purchased, over a month. It took 2 weeks from my initial purchase to getting a email saying they had processed my order. However, once I had received the test, the time from me posting the tests and receiving my results was good, just over a week.

No more red, itchy or sore skin for our beloved family dog

Such an easy process and it was great to get such a comprehensive list of the things my dog was reacting to. From this we have been able find a food that has none of his allergens in it, and his skin has now calmed down and he is itch free.
