I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response

Remove total IgE or change description

I don't think total IgE needs to be included for the recipients of the results, or at least the description underneath IgE could be written more clearly to prevent confusion. My partner had high IgE with no allergies, while I had high with allergies. We assumed this could mean he had some other underlying health issue or that the results were inaccurate. I had to email the lab to get a simple response stating that IgE is essentially just something used in lab to ensure accuracy of results and doesn't relate to allergies or intolerances specifically (which is what the test is for).

Highly recommend!

Did have to chase up as hadnt heard anything after 21 days so was wondering if they got our samples. Tests seemed quite accurate for me. Still working on things in results. Would be great if you could recommend products to help with sensitivities

Happy with report but took ages

Contacted company as kit didn’t arrive in stated time frame to be told it had not yet been dispatched! When kit finally arrived it was an easy process to complete. It took approx 5 weeks to receive results! Happy with the report and results but took a lot longer than stated.

Although the website looked great and very professional, updates about the very slow progress were only accessed with multiple requests. I didn’t know that the kit was coming from Australia. I sent the results to the Wellington address supplied and didn’t know they then had to be sent to sent on to UK. This took two full months.

More info than I could’ve imagined!! I was a little sceptical but when I saw it pull things I already knew I had…. I was so impressed! The amount of detail was amazing … I got this on special too so the price point was a bonus!
