The product list was very clear and helpful. I found what I wanted very easily. The customer service was very helpful and very quick/efficient in resolving a problem with the delivery company.
The item ordered arrived in very good condition, well packed and protected. Full documentation provided in the package.
I would not hesitate to use AIBABO again.

The CO2 detector I ordered is not working. I filmed a video via my phone, where another CO2 detector is placed right beside your CO2 detector during way over 5000 ppm. No alarm or red light from your CO2 detector, but the other CO2 detector is reacting on the CO2. No one at your company will review this video, because it's 72 MB MP4 upload. Therefore I can't get a refund or a new product!!!

The product list was very clear and helpful. I found what I wanted very easily. The customer service was very helpful and very quick/efficient in resolving a problem with the delivery company.

When my first credit card payment did not work, I made a second order with a different credit card. Now I had 2 orders. When I realized that and when told in an email that the machine could not be used in the US I canceled both orders immediately. The company ignored my cancellations and now I have to pay for 2 return shipments, about $140 per machine.Company said they will not reimburse.

A total of 3 orders were placed on different days. Notifications were sent to the buyer promptly for all orders. We did not have any information for cancellation. This only reached us when the goods for the two successful transactions had already been dispatched. A refund will be made as soon as the return has been booked. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Many products are listed as "in stock", but after you place the order they are not anymore "in stock"

The order contains one central warehouse item the current stock of which is zero due to several simultaneous orders. The green dot indicates that the item is in stock and regularly available. The status changes every minute, however, as customers and affiliate partners have permanent access and sales can therefore also take place temporarily. We kindly ask for your understanding.
