Delivery timeframes on website are quite unreliable, I was told it would be 10-15 working days for some of what I ordered, about 3 days after I put in the order, I was told it could be 8 weeks, if I was lucky. I was unfortunately a bit shorter than that, but stating 10-15 days if it is definitely much longer than that is not quite fair to a customer who tries to plan a job when putting in an order.

Despite eibabo's lengthy order preparation time of 20-22 days, we were relieved to see that a part we were having difficulty sourcing was seemingly available. We waited the full 22 days for the order to be prepared, at which time we were informed that our part was actually not in stock at all. Instead it was on back order with a lead time of 3 additional months! Waiting nearly a month to receive this information is ridiculous. Your customers should be advised within at least 24 hours of placing an order whether it can be fulfilled or not. Ideally, they should be advised before placing an order like most other suppliers. Please improve this!

Thank you for the feedback. Only items that are not in stock were ordered and were therefore shown with a longer delivery time. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to deliver all products as stated when the order was received. We were also informed of the delay in delivery due to a lack of subsequent production only after the delivery period had expired. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Bon site de vente en ligne, avec des prix intéressants quand tout va bien. Nous avons eut un problème de livraison, et bien qu'ils aient essayé de résoudre le problème, la barrière de la langue provoque des incompréhensions, et nous n'avons pas eut les pièces manquantes !

The order went completely smoothly. Ordered on 11.10.2022/12:23 and shipped the following day, 12.10.2022/10:15. Delivered on Wed, 19.10.2022, 20:44 in Finland by DHL. We have not received any enquiries, neither by e-mail nor via the customer account.
