Easy to purchase from overseas in the US. Had to pay extra for shipping - understandable but not clear at all during order process. Glad that I didn’t know about the extra shipping costs - I may not have purchased knowing the total cost at time of purchase, though happy with the item and no regrets.
Terrible packing. The tape was glued to the leather on the bag and the package arrived slightly open. I’m surprised I was able to remove the tape from the leather after some effort.
unfortunately the service was good but you were not able to supply to the UK - not your fault, ours, because of Brexit

Eleven days have passed, the parcel has not yet arrived. I contacted them, I didn't get an answer. The tracking link does not work.
