BeauBags sent an update that the item I had purchased (a bag) was ready for collection within a few hours of the order being placed, and then i was able to track the order. Reassuring compared to another seller who didn't reply when I asked when the package would be on its way. So I cancelled with them and bought from BeauBags.
Terrible packing. The tape was glued to the leather on the bag and the package arrived slightly open. I’m surprised I was able to remove the tape from the leather after some effort.

Easy to purchase from overseas in the US. Had to pay extra for shipping - understandable but not clear at all during order process. Glad that I didn’t know about the extra shipping costs - I may not have purchased knowing the total cost at time of purchase, though happy with the item and no regrets.

i love this brand, first experience off the bat there was a payment issue on my end but the timely and kind and helpful response and we got the issue squared away, shipping time was very fast from where it came from 1000/10 the quality of the actual bag is worth it hands down, just perfection all around thank you ever so much
