Quick and easy testing, really impressed

Keep trying to reset my account password and the system won't work. I don't know if I have had my results issued yet or what. Regardless I can't access them. It would be nice if they could acknowledge that your sample is received and they are testing it. I'm disappointed. The name of the website bearing the name of Ireland within lends credence to the idea that the testing would be taking place in Ireland. It's not until i took my sample that i saw the testing facility that the sample would be going to would be in the UK. I would I have faith in the irish post office and would happily send anything with the certainty that the item would reach its destination without delay and without issue. However, sending anything in the UK especially with the flimsy envelope provided is a different leap altogether. I probably wouldn't have bought this test had that information been provided up front as you go to buy the test. Just a small disclaimer and confusion like this could be avoided

Never received a receipt or an email from them with any sort of directions no address to send samples to so no service paid and never contacted

found my digital form in my junk folder which was my fault i missed it sent my sample in and got my results back just 24 hours after they received the sample!! definitely recommend their service

I think it should be more obvious on the website that even though you order the test on a .ie website, that the same and testing is actually done in the UK.

I'm so glad I used this service, I suffer with belly issues already over 2 years and doctors can't help with that , finally I understand what's wrong with me and I feel relieved after seeing my results !!
