You could have informed me initially the test would go to the U.K. and supplied the appropriate envelope. Also the slip where I was supposed to fill in my contact details was missing.

The outcome has been quite different from initial expectations. I have engaged in multiple interactions with the customer service team, seeking clarifications regarding the outcomes. Regrettably, I have yet to receive definitive steps to address my concerns. Presently, following my refund request, there has been no communication whatsoever. This situation is disheartening, particularly considering that individuals are shaping their dietary choices based on these results, relying on the credibility of Allergy Test. It has been nearly six weeks since my initial inquiry, and unfortunately, the confidence I initially placed in the company has been eroded. Given the circumstances, I find it challenging to endorse this company with any confidence.

Thank you for your review, Dave. I am very sorry to hear your test kit did not arrive. The tracking shows it experienced some delays at customs and has been labelled as return to sender. Disappointed and out of pocket.

I was disappointed with the allergy and intolerance test - my lifelong allergies did not show up (dust mite and grass pollen), both came back as negative. Because of this I have no confidence in the rest of the report. Your customer support rep was very responsive and helpful, she let me know that an allergy may not show up if there are no antibodies present at the time, and that skin allergy tests are more sensitive. I would not have spent over 100 EUR on an allergy test that may or may not show up allergies/intolerances if I had been aware of this beforehand. I requested a refund and was refused as this information is apparently available on the website. Advice to others - save your money, go to your doctor instead.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you are not completely satisfied with your test results. There are a number of reasons a known allergy may not show on a test report, including previous testing methodology, how long ago previous testing was completed, medications, and more. You have mentioned completing skin patch testing previously. These cannot be compared to the blood IgE testing we completed as these are different testing methodologies, testing for different times, and are completed on separate occasions.
