Keep trying to reset my account password and the system won't work. I don't know if I have had my results issued yet or what. Regardless I can't access them. It would be nice if they could acknowledge that your sample is received and they are testing it. I'm disappointed. The name of the website bearing the name of Ireland within lends credence to the idea that the testing would be taking place in Ireland. It's not until i took my sample that i saw the testing facility that the sample would be going to would be in the UK. I would I have faith in the irish post office and would happily send anything with the certainty that the item would reach its destination without delay and without issue. However, sending anything in the UK especially with the flimsy envelope provided is a different leap altogether. I probably wouldn't have bought this test had that information been provided up front as you go to buy the test. Just a small disclaimer and confusion like this could be avoided

I got an allergy test for my dog and the test only showed foods that dogs shouldn't eat anyway not things my dog is allergic to.

I did not receive my results

So happy with the quick turnaround on my blood test. The sample arrived at the lab and I had the results a day and a half later! Really pleased. Showed my allergy results to my doctor and have been referred to the allergy clinic due to a shellfish allergy that has shown. The wait list for allergy testing with my doctor was supposed to be 2+ years but this allergy test allowed me to be referred right away. Would highly recommend it! Well worth the money!!

I've been experiencing perimenopause symptoms for a while now and wanted a bit of confirmation before approaching my gp as she was sure to say I'm too young at 42. Quick, easy urine test confirmed that my FSH is low. It's nice to know I'm not going crazy and there is a reason for what I'm going through

I think it should be more obvious on the website that even though you order the test on a .ie website, that the same and testing is actually done in the UK.

The customer care attention was horrible. It took me almost weeks to get my tracking information, then, once the package was here they sent a number. THey kept saying only someone had that information, gave me a really bad sensation of scam. I got the results and stopped eating what it said and my allergies did not change at all.

Had an issue with my previous email, and got a very quick help and my report just in a few minutes ! I'm so glad I used this service, I suffer with belly issues already over 2 years and doctors can't help with that , finally I understand what's wrong with me and I feel relieved after seeing my results !!

I am glad there is no hassle of waiting for kit for hair test. I completed online form and send the sample the same day. I received comprehensive report quick. Customer service is brilliant and they guided me about elimination diet and I started my healthy journey. Thank you.

The general test is ok in red pack. The green pack the instructions in the box could be improved. Not simple to follow at all or have a QR code for a link to a video you have online. The tests are expensive and to not get it right is such a waste of money

it was actually my doctor that recommended this test because allergy waiting lists are so long, i was doubtful at first because i don't like to purchase on the web but i am very glad i did the test. results were quick and the reports very informative!!!

Customer service response was quick, clear and very helpful. Although the website layout could be improved as you can’t physically search and some things are hidden down the bottom of the page, I have had a great experience all the same. Thank you.

I had lost my email with the instructions of what to do, queried it through facebook and was sorted within seconds. Very rapid response. Thank you. I haven't actually done the test yet but will later today.

found my digital form in my junk folder which was my fault i missed it sent my sample in and got my results back just 24 hours after they received the sample!! definitely recommend their service
