The outcome has been quite different from initial expectations.
I have engaged in multiple interactions with the customer service team, seeking clarifications regarding the outcomes. Regrettably, I have yet to receive definitive steps to address my concerns. Presently, following my refund request, there has been no communication whatsoever.
This situation is disheartening, particularly considering that individuals are shaping their dietary choices based on these results, relying on the credibility of Allergy Test. It has been nearly six weeks since my initial inquiry, and unfortunately, the confidence I initially placed in the company has been eroded. Given the circumstances, I find it challenging to endorse this company with any confidence.

I'm a celiac and have a diary intolerance. my test came back to say to eat gluten as all the grains where fine. you don't grow out of been a celiac. only I am an nutritionist I know better but what about the general pubic who don't. make them so sick

A month and still no results and no reply to my request of money back.
The kit was send out pretty fast, within a day, that was good. However, one month later and I still have no results. I had an email confirming it arrived at the lab and nothing since. Contacted Customer Service but it did not result in anything either. I requested my money back now but have not heard back from them since.

I was really disappointed with my test results and emailed a number of times. I didn't get any satisfactory response and although I've sent another email I've still had no response. I absolutely would not recommend this service.

I had to chase up my results from 30th Jan. Then I received a partial pdf result. Then I had to chase up my full set of results. Final full set of results not received until 20th Feb.

The whole thing is a fraud. The test results came only after I applied to support team and they absolutely contradict to my previous real doctor lab results. The App that they suggest you download is a part of a fraud. It has only 1 page and no info or data at all. Don’t recommend to use it at all and I can’t believe I spent so much money and believed in their nicely designed story.

Complete lack of communication I had to chase for updates within the month twice , the fact it’s a 200 euro kit and you don’t included pre pay labels ? In total approx 4 weeks for this service even though I paid the addition 7 bucks for express delivery , if it going to take this long why no it tell people.
