The outcome has been quite different from initial expectations. I have engaged in multiple interactions with the customer service team, seeking clarifications regarding the outcomes. Regrettably, I have yet to receive definitive steps to address my concerns. Presently, following my refund request, there has been no communication whatsoever. This situation is disheartening, particularly considering that individuals are shaping their dietary choices based on these results, relying on the credibility of Allergy Test. It has been nearly six weeks since my initial inquiry, and unfortunately, the confidence I initially placed in the company has been eroded. Given the circumstances, I find it challenging to endorse this company with any confidence.

Hi David, thank you for your review. I can see your previous review edit from 6th July stated you did not receive the product. Once the tracking was supplied to Trusted Shops on 10th July to confirm your test kit was delivered successfully on 2nd June, you updated your review less than 2 days later to state you have not yet received your test results. Delivery took longer than it was meant to. They rang me to see how I was getting on with it the day I received it which would have been good if I’d even had a chance to look at it at that point! Details of what I had issues with were clear except for one thing which I had to Google

I had lost my email with the instructions of what to do, queried it through facebook and was sorted within seconds. Very rapid response. Thank you. I haven't actually done the test yet but will later today.
