The outcome has been quite different from initial expectations.
I have engaged in multiple interactions with the customer service team, seeking clarifications regarding the outcomes. Regrettably, I have yet to receive definitive steps to address my concerns. Presently, following my refund request, there has been no communication whatsoever.
This situation is disheartening, particularly considering that individuals are shaping their dietary choices based on these results, relying on the credibility of Allergy Test. It has been nearly six weeks since my initial inquiry, and unfortunately, the confidence I initially placed in the company has been eroded. Given the circumstances, I find it challenging to endorse this company with any confidence.

I've been experiencing perimenopause symptoms for a while now and wanted a bit of confirmation before approaching my gp as she was sure to say I'm too young at 42. So happy with the quick turnaround on my blood test. The sample arrived at the lab and I had the results a day and a half later! Really pleased. Showed my allergy results to my doctor and have been referred to the allergy clinic due to a shellfish allergy that has shown. The wait list for allergy testing with my doctor was supposed to be 2+ years but this allergy test allowed me to be referred right away. Would highly recommend it! Well worth the money!!
