They have competitive prices and some good offers. I had ordered a sup board which was eventually delivered after 5 days. The product was in great shape and after having used it twice, I have not noticed any problem.
What I really do like is the site's immediate correspondence. Even when the call center is not working, the customer service replies to any matter via email at once.
From my transactional experience with the site I cannot think of any improvement needed at the moment.
Their courier company doesn't deliver the packages. I paid on October 23rd, they haven't paid the refund even through they received it back quickly, it's December 27th.

Everything went well,it was nice shopping from you.The only problem is when you give the first tracking number for dpd,it automatically redirects you tou the greek dpd site,so the tracking number was invalid.I had to manually search the dpd polish site to use the tracking number.Keep up the good work! Doskonale!

Πρέπει να αλλάξετε συνεργασία με μεταφορική εταιρία η παραγγελία μου έφυγε από εκεί στις 13 του μήνα έφτασε Ελλάδα 18 και 3 μέρες συνεχόμενες δείχνει κάθε μέρα πως έφτασε πατρα και έφτασε πατρα και έφτασε πατρα δεν καταλαβαίνω αντί να το φέρουν το κάνουν δηλαδή βόλτες στην πατρα!!!Εχω εκνευριστεί είμαι σε σκέψη να μην το παραλάβω αν έρθει

Competitive pricing, swift dispatch and delivery, frequent updates. However, since they're selling clothes, I believe they should have a free returns policy.
