ordered by mistake the non-vegan product, asked via customer form on website a few hours later to cancel my order, as I had not received an oder confirmation yet. No answer, but next day I received already the shipping mail - again I mentioned my problem via mail - again no answer, wrote a 3rd mail via Website - 3rd time no reaction. Then I called (from Austria to Spain!!) - on the phone I was assured, that my mail will be answered and I can return the product. Nothing in my mail, I sent the products back today (on my charge, of course, more than 19,- €, but ok, my order was wrong).
Now I'm very curious, if I will get the refund of my payment (as I was told on the phone).
But anyhow - the lack of service/communication is very frustrating and impolite
