Excellente gestion et sav. J'ai passé une commande et j'avais oublié de mettre un produit dans ma commande j'ai pris contact avec le sav et m'ont dit de passer la commande et qu'ils l'integrerai à la précédente. Ils m'ont même remboursé les frais de port de la deuxième commande. Quand il y a des promotions c'est le site le moins cher que j'ai vu dans ma vie ! Vu la qualité /prix

Kurzfassung: Weiß man nicht die exakte Größe bzw. muss mehrere probieren, dann hier NICHT kaufen. Die Retoure bleibt an euch hängen. Rechtlich völlig in Ordnung, jedoch muss der Kunde vor Kauf korrekt informiert werden, was nicht passiert. Erklärung: Die Webseite hat einen groben Fehler bei der Verlinkung zu den AGBs und der Widerrufsbelehrung. Man wird auf beides im Bestellprozess hingewiesen aber die Links funktionieren schlicht nicht. (siehe Bild = wenn man Link anklickt.) Daher ist es nicht einfach ersichtlich, dass man für die Retourkosten aufkommen soll. Der Support reagiert entweder mit nicht hilfreichen bzw. Themenfremden Standardtexten oder antwortet mit "man weist auf die AGBs und Widerrufsbelehrungen hin" und "sie sind einsehbar" ... sind komplett unterschiedliche Sachen und hat mit dem Problem nichts zutun aber sei es drum. Sie scheinen damit ja erfolgreich zu sein. Die Preise scheinen zu passen und der Versand ist zügig. Hier also alles in Ordnung. Kundenservice / Support reagiert schnell allerdings nicht kundenorientiert. gesetzliche Pflichten werden ignoriert und daraus entstehende Forderungen sitzt man gekonnt aus.

Unfortunately, DHL doesn’t offer a telephone service to inform you in advance about delivery times. However, if you allow us to give your data do DHL (check out at our shop – simply check the respective box), they’ll keep you up to date with a tracking link. Nevertheless, it’s common DHL practice to leave parcels in nearby DHL shops if customers are not at home or cannot be reached – in your case due to an inoperative door bell. Glasses of 200 and 300 euros came to me in plastic bags of cheap value!!! I spoke with the customer service and they told me they do not have the original ports while in the description they wrote that they send them in their original cases!!!
