Item ordered since November 26th 2019. Today is December 24th, still not delivered. No tracking information available. Several back and forth email to follow up sent, yet not convincing response from the seller. Order has still not been delivered, and I have no current updates regarding whatever kind of investigation is going on regarding the order. Disappointing

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We’re very sorry to hear that. According to the tracking link, your parcel was already delivered on Dec. 5 to one of your neighbours because you were not at home at the time of delivery. We’ve checked our mails again and we didn’t receive any other mails from you. If you haven’t received your parcel yet, please contact us again (service@sportspar.com).

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the address you registered with us. So, your parcel could not be delivered and is on its way back to us. We will contact you again to re-check your address and see if you like to have the parcel sent again.

I’ve made several request to return an item that arrived damaged. No one has replied to my request and the 14 day return police will expire in three days. UK Amazon Pay and SportSpar has terrible customer service

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. We’re very sorry that you received a damaged item. We’ve already asked you several times to send us a photo of the damage as proof (service@sportspar.com). After that we’ll find a solution. Don’t worry about the 2 weeks return period. If the item is damaged, it’s of no interest.
