So far my experience has been excellent, no problems at all. The goods arrive quickly and are excellent value for money. Very happy to continue using Sportspar all the time. The only little difference is not enough different rugby shirts, England, Ireland and southern hemisphere shirts for me and my friends, BUT what there is, is fantastic.

I buy from the uk but Sportspar does not allow me to pay the duty from them in their bill total . So then the package gets stopped at customs then a Duty charge plus Vat plus an admin fee is added . I then received a letter from the courier to pay the balance . Usually after 2 weeks of despatch. If Sportspar allowed me to pay that duty and VAT I would not then need to pay the extortionate admin fee and the package would not be stuck in customs and then it might just be worth buying more items . But at this moment in time I will be unable to buy anything more .

La livraison avec la société GLS n'était au top. Le livreur a sonné chez moi et quand j'étais descendu j'ai trouvé le colis tout seul dans le hall. Pas de confiance dans les immeubles.

My item arrived with no label as it supposed to be. Only after few email exchange the company agreed with return, however they did not agreed to reimburse my shipping cost. I do not think I am going to visit this online shope in the future.

We assured you by e-mail that the item you received was original and new, even though it did not have a label. Sometimes we buy in large quantities and the products are loose.
