Many customers praise the fast shipping, high quality, and reliability of the remote controls, as well as their flawless operation and easy setup. The ordering process is generally found to be clear and straightforward, and product descriptions are noted for their accuracy, with remotes matching customers' needs or original devices. Additionally, several reviews appreciate prompt customer support.
However, some customers express dissatisfaction with delivery delays and note issues or mismatches with certain remote controls. Feedback on customer service is mixed, with complaints about slow or lacking responses. A few customers also mention confusion or problems with payment and communication during the ordering process.

Remote control is as described, fully functional and was delivered quickly.
The express delivery didn’t go through even though I was at home; I had to collect the parcel from a shop two days later. I could have saved myself the cost.
I haven’t received a reply to my immediate complaint for a week.
The selection is OK, but the service isn’t that good.
