I paid for my order, the company came back saying they made a mistake on their website for the pricing, they got in touch and offered a higher price or to just send samples. There was no mention of a refund or a discount to make up for their error. They cancelled my order and I haven’t heard from them since. Fine for them but not fine for me, I’ve already paid for all the other materials for my project with the price in mind that they had advertised for the fabric and now I’m back to square one on the fabric and out of pocket for the other materials. I would have accepted a compromise on the pricing and they could have kept my business but they went ahead and cancelled. This was all brought up the week I was supposed to have received my fabric. Really unfriendly customer service. I would not recommend working with them or giving them your business.

unfriendly customer service unwilling to rectify their error

I paid for my order, the company came back saying they made a mistake on their website for the pricing, they got in touch and offered a higher price or to just send samples. There was no mention of a refund or a discount to make up for their error. They cancelled my order and I haven’t heard from them since. Fine for them but not fine for me, I’ve already paid for all the other materials for my project with the price in mind that they had advertised for the fabric and now I’m back to square one on the fabric and out of pocket for the other materials. Dear Hannah, Indeed, a mistake was made with the pricing. We find this extremely unfortunate and have immediately acknowledged this. The fabric costs 129 euros per meter, a sample 5 euros. You thought you could order 5 meters of designer fabric for 25 euros, while all color options cost 129 euros per meter. When we indicated that a mistake had been made for this color option, you reacted unreasonably and demanded that we send it for 25 euros, instead of 645 euros. Any reasonable customer would have acknowledged that an error must have been made here and that the price of sample and fabric were mixed up, as the other color options were priced correctly. There was no room for negotiation, as you continued to demand the product for 25 euros. We are sorry that a mistake was made, but you always need 2 parties for a solution...
