Well. The items are as always highest quality. Although there are other providers of motorcycle accessories, yours are always best looking and high quality to me, even if not the cheapest ones :).
This is my second BMW motorcycle now that I’m adding your accessories to and every time I do it, I know it will fit the place and the purpose perfectly.
Service is top notch. Always with the kind response even if I’m the annoying one - sorry :). Payment methods flexible and always very well packed items. No worries for the delivery damage.
I could only ask for new accessories to be designed and put on market faster, but when it comes to brand new models of bikes, it must take time to assure what I wrote above.
Anyway it is a pleasure adding new stuff from time to time.
Hope to continue with new ‘W’ accessories on my current bike and in the future.
Bought the bar risers for my 2024 K1600Gtl.
The right side needed trimming of some metal on the raised part so i had to struggle mounting it.
The left was perfect and easy fit.
When i complained they believed it was a assembly error…..
Can’t see how that is even possible as they are just spacers you install.
Tried to send pictures as they wanted, but their Mail supplier rejected them.
Not impressed with their customer service as it seems that production fails can not happen.
First bought cheap AliExpress bar risers that fitted perfect but moved the bar back too much.
Theese bar risers cost 10 times more, but had to be modified to fit …..
On the 2nd of July I have ordered a Wunderlich passenger luggage carrier
Articlenr. 11860-100, order number: 79947 that was €299 plus €19.90 shipping taxes. Not only wasn't delivered yet, bur after talking to my bank (ING) representative I found out that the amount thogh alocated was not claimed by Wunderlich. I don't understand, there was nothing on the site saying they don't deliver to Romania, the order has been confirmed, yet I still don't have the merchandise I've purchased, nor do I have the money spent on it. Please fix this.

Don't usr UPS as your carrier
I didn't receive my goods as the carrier (UPS) delivered three times, but because I wasn't at home, took them away again. The next thing I new I received a credit from Wunderlich. I spoke to the carrier after their second try and they agreed to deliver the goods to my local UPS drop off point, but instead they tried to deliver to my house again. As I work during the day, there was never any chance of me being at home to accept delivery. Either deliver to a UPS drop off point as agreed or deliver out of working hours Frustrating.

to deliver the parcel to the desired address.
According to the shipment tracking link, the parcel has been at the delivery depot since 23/07/2024 and is being prepared for delivery.

Použití plexiskla je velice individuální, a každému vyhovuje jinak. Záleží na postavě, posezu, řidítkách...Mě toto plexisklo příliš nevyhovuje, MRA mě osobně vyhovuje lépe. Pozitivně hodnotím zracování plexiskla, jeho tloušťku, žádné jiné tak tlusté není, a veškerý hardware k namontování plexiskla. Výrobek je to kvalitní, osobně jej však používat nebudu a byla to pro mě zbytečná koupě.

We noticed that you ordered the tank ring 49103-102, which is unfortunately not for the R 1300 GS. The matching tank ring for an R 1300GS is item number 49103-802.

Webshop looks good and ordering is easy. All after that is poor. After two weeks I'm still waiting. Looks like my order comes in two different shipments, one is post-delivery. And that post-delivery is almost here but the first shipment is somewhere. Probably missing...

The item 24720-102 Fuel Friend canister 1.5 litre was on backorder at this time and was sent to you on 31/05/2024.
We had packed the available items on 24/05/2024 and prepared them for dispatch to you.
An error occurred in our shipping department and the parcel ended up in the wrong shipping trolley and therefore could not be delivered to you.
Thanks to your enquiry about the order you had not yet received, our customer service department was able to send you a subsequent delivery immediately.
According to the current shipment tracking, the parcel was handed over to DHL today, Tue 11/06/2024, as an international shipment.
We apologise for this inconvenience!

De kostprijs om dergelijk item te versturen is hoog ( 11 euro) dit item zoals bijgevoegd in foto had gewoon en goedkoper via een normale postzending kunnen gebeuren en had ook papier uitgespaard ipv het nog eens te verpakken in een veel te grote doos.
