ITEMS AVAILABLE HAS THEY ADVERTISE. TOO BAD THEY DON SHIP TO USA. YOUR DISTRIBUTOR FOR USA AND CANADA. IS NOT DOING A GOOD JOB. YOU NEED TO RECONSIDER SHIPPING DIRECT TO THE USA. I SEPENT 2000 EUROS IN PARTS. AND HAD TO SHIP THEM TO SPAIN AND BOTHER MY COUSIN TO RESHIP THE BOXES TO USA.

I ordered something and because its not clearly on their website what the product should do, I realise that i dont need that product and i canceled the order. Between the moment I placed the ordere and the moment I canceled it it was about 2 hours. They have send me the product anways!

The Package was not delivered at home

The package was not delivered at home, but in a parcel shop. Without notice, without tracking code. I had to search if and where it had been dropped off. This is already the third time with Wunderlich and UPS.

De kostprijs om dergelijk item te versturen is hoog ( 11 euro) dit item zoals bijgevoegd in foto had gewoon en goedkoper via een normale postzending kunnen gebeuren en had ook papier uitgespaard ipv het nog eens te verpakken in een veel te grote doos.

Shipping (with DHL) to another EU country is terribly slow. A week from my order being made & according to the tracking site, the goods have not left Germany yet!
