Excellent support and amazing product upgrade!

I have been a Wunderlich customer for some time now and, after this experience, I will definitely continue to be. Their after-sales service is simply fantastic and I loved how I was treated! They were exemplary in resolving a technical incompatibility issue with the Garmin zūmo XT2, making a fantastic exception for my case. As for this new version of the adapter, it is absolutely brilliant! It mimics the official Garmin handlebar control perfectly, allowing full customization of the BMW Wonder Wheel inside the GPS menus (Zoom, Play/Pause music, trip info, and even locking the touchscreen for rainy days). Highly recommended product and a 5-star brand!

Wunderlich adapter for garmin

Very helpful enquiry team prior to purchase. I needed to know that this particular adapter would work with my particular motorcycle. I was sent a video of the adapter fitted to my model motorcycle confirming the compatibility. I felt this went the extra mile. Communication throughout the purchase was excellent. I would have rated 5 stars but unfortunately when the adapter arrived there was a slight problem with the unit which I must say after a quick email this was sorted immediately. Very satisfied with the whole buying experience with Wunderlich.

Cool but need enhancement

Wunderlich is known for being the top manufacture for bmw accessories, however, it’s very hard to be found. That why it’s not seen a lot. Despite that, the process to purchase an item is extremely complicated and you look like you don’t care. The shipping process and options is also surprisingly expensive and unthoughtful. Worst option on the market with unbelievable prices. I need some stuff currently from you, but I just don’t want to go through the process again. Market is filled with option that help. Any way I don’t think your products look very appealing and useful. I’m still waiting for to test the product. I have purchased lots of items from shops in Germany Italy and holland

I had a generally good experience with wuderlich but always had problem with delivery chain in Malta.

I had a generally good experience with Wunderlich. The ordering process is clear, and the overall service meets expectations. My main concern is the delivery chain. After dispatch, the parcel is handed to DHL, and then DHL passes it to Malta Post. This creates problems at the final step. Malta Post often does not deliver the parcel to the door. Instead, they leave a collection slip. This means I have to travel to the post office, wait in a queue, and arrange transport again to bring the item home. This process is inconvenient and adds extra time and cost. It would be much better if the parcel was delivered directly to the recipient’s hands. Improving this part of the service would make the overall experience much stronger.

Excellent Quality and Service

I purchased some engine bars and other accessories for my R1300RT. Delivery to the UK was within the quoted timeframe and payment of import duties was simple. All items were beautifully packaged and the quality of manufacturing and finish of the engine bars was outstanding. Not the cheapest option, but the quality was immediately evident.

No problem ordering, kept informed, however the delivery company UPS is a disaster, been informed of delivery on 2 seperate days, made sure someone stayed in all day on both days only to be delayed again. No delivery window given it just says "delivered by end of day" tomorrow will be the third promised delivery day with no time given.

My experience with wunderlich was great up to the point of shipping UPS that wunderlich uses as primary shipping service is very bad when it comes to customer service My packages were not delivered on time due to the absence of a door bell name even though there was a phone number with the package No one informed me about the problem and I have to call them to find it out and go my self to pick up partial pieces of my order Another package they told me is on the return route . Very disappointed and because of that I dont think I will try again to buy something if you continue to ship it with this company My thanks to Mr René who tried to help but was not enough.

Perhaps check this before sending. Now I'm still looking for the spray to apply my tank protector. I've already purchased the threadlocker for the screws.

High recommended!

Wunderlich really completes the motorcycle with its high-quality accessories. I have purchased several Wunderlich products, and they clearly take the bike to the next level. The higher windscreen, the headlight guard, and the turn signals fit perfectly and are both functional and stylish. The panniers are also very well finished: the inside is neatly completed with a practical storage net, while the outside is equipped with an additional frame/rack. This not only adds a rugged look but is also very practical in daily use. Everything feels solid and clearly designed with great attention to detail. The only small downside is that the radiator guard is only available in black. Personally, I would prefer it in aluminum, as this would match the triple black and the new color scheme even better and really make the bike stand out. Seat aktivconfort bmw r1300gsa

I bought the Wunderlich Aktivkomfort seat for my BMW R1300GSA, but after about 200 km, it’s giving me severe back pain. It seems I’d now have to invest in handlebar risers as well to reduce the back issues I never had with the stock seat. (I’m 1.86 m tall). I’ve switched back to the original seat because I don’t like how the bike looks with risers... It wasn’t a very smart investment; I should have done more research beforehand. Other than that, the quality seems excellent, but clearly, it’s just not right for me. 😐

I ordered the toolbox for a BMW R1250gsa with the codable lock cilinder. Toolbox is very robust and there is a good description delivered with it. The lock cilinder was code with the BMW keys quickly. The only thing is that it is very hard to lock the lid onto the box. In the end I had to bent the metal plate on the backside of the lock in order to close it without using that much force that the key would break off. There is also a small steal cable from the kid to the box preventing the lid to fall down. The screw delivered with that cable to connect it to the box is impossible to put in. It simply doesn't fit and you cannot fasten it. It would also be nice if a tool would be enclosed for this screw (torx). For now I removed that cable entirely.

Don't use UPS

It would be greatly appreciated if you could use a courier other than UPS for deliveries to Finland. The service level of UPS has been very poor, and there is a risk that parcels may not be delivered at all. DHL, on the other hand, operates very well in Finland.

A loyal customer for many years

Until recently, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation. I've bought a lot of products and use them on my motorcycles and I love them. I love the way you can code the lock to the key of your bike. You would probably need to update your installation videos of the tool box (EDC) Lone rider videos are very informative. You don’t want to be losing business.
