Colis arrivé trop tard

I have bought stickers and stamps here before. The customized stickers I bought before were of nice colors and clear patterns, but the ones I bought this time are grayish and the printing is blurry and rough. The name tag is also not as clear as before. I have customized three stamps. The first one was good, but the second one requires very careful use to get a complete impression, otherwise there will be partial printing problems on the edges. I suspect that this may be caused by the uneven surface of the stamps. I hope to get customer service to solve my problem.

when you try to pay, it often bug or load for a long long time and the payment failed many times before actually being able to pay. Also when we send you files per email with the right format to create the order, often the answer is long or you don't receive it and we loose a lot of time..

Slow delivery and tracking. However I did like the calendar itself.

Bought stickers and bag name tags for my kids. They look beautiful and glossy, only problem is they don't stick on for long. The adhesive isn't a strong one and the moment my daughter wore her shoes and I got to wash her water bottles, they started coming loose. Am disappointed, at that cost, you would expect it to satisfy the adhesive requirements of a sticker. Am now having to place a new order with my name tags. A new cost I certainly would have preferred not to bear as I have 2 kids

Commande C-3427215 : Etiquettes autocollantes très bien. Par contre, les étiquettes thermocollantes collent au fer à repasser et fondent... pourtant j'ai bien suivi le mode d'emploi (température maxi et pas de vapeur). J'en ai collé une seconde par dessus et ai enlevé le fer au bout d'une seconde, il collait aussi. Finalement j'ai mis le fer au minimum pour que les étiquettes ne fondent pas, mais je ne suis pas sûre qu'elles tiennent dans le temps. Je ne suis pas contente du tout de ce produit, qui a abîmé les vêtements de ma maman...

Delai de livraison un peu long. D'autant plus que j'ai reçu un mail d'évaluation alors que je n'avais pas encore reçu ma commande, du coup ça m'a mis le doute j'ai eu peur de ne jamais la recevoir et qu'il y ait eu un problème. Sur le site, vous devriez conseiller, combien il faut d'étiquette en moyenne par enfant.

Jigsaw puzzles were fine and well produced, on time but the packaging was disappointing. I would have wanted the jigsaw puzzles to be delivered in boxes (appropriate size). No problem to pay additionally for this but unfortunately the option was not available.

La qualitat és una mica dolenta. Es veu pixelat i ha quedat descentrat i un xic més petit que com ho vaig col·locar amb les marques de tall de l'aplicació. I la cola enganxa poc, es desenganxen molt fàcilment. Com si fóssin removibles.

Very disappointed with the personalised item. Not only is it not what I expected but the finish quality of the item is poor. Would be embarrassed to give as a gift even just a stocking filler.

The stamp looked lovely but the bottom doesn't print properly and comes off faded. I was not able to get through to customer service for assistance with this issue hence the 3 stars

Disappointed that the personalisation of the backpack is no longer available. the metallic labels can be easily removed by other kids. we wanted the name printed on the backpack

The enrolled product to the basket is disappearing if i didnt complete the payment directly, which let me design the sticker multiple times. Payment type has no apple pay.

I stuck the stickers on my sons school items and found them stuck on me and other places after I dropped him to school. Thought they would stick better

Previously the size of the iron on stickers for clothing was smaller and more suitable for clothing. I recommend going back to the smaller sizd

La livraison gratuite est très longue mais gratuite. Les étiquettes thermocollantes sont bien faites mais se décollent au premier lavage

Notre calendrier est arrivé abimé, la spirale est défectueuse, la 1ere page est sortie et est abimée. Pour le reste c'était très sympa
