I was nervous ordering from lampandlight.ie after seeing a bunch of 1 stars, but I'm so glad I didn't listen to those reviews! I placed my order on a Tuesday and the lamps were delivered that Friday, so I was very impressed by the fast shipping. The lamps were packaged great with lots of bubble wrap to prevent breakage and there was not a scratch on them. Lamps also come with an EU to UK/Ireland conversion plug which I was able to double-check with their quick customer service chat before purchasing. Couldn't be more pleased!

Huge amount of styrofoam used in the packaging. You say you have a sustainable policy, and yet you use a material that takes 500 years to decompose, if at all. In this day and age, it is not good enough. Am disgusted and thinking about returning the product because of this.

I didn't listen to those 1-star reviews and I'M DELIGHTED!

Just a quick google search.

Found the company almost by accident - Google search - while looking for light swivel mounts. The offer was impossible to refuse, the online purchase was straightforward, following communication was very good, and the delivery time to the West of Ireland was excellent. Even delivered by my favourite courier, Ray in DPD. If people are still wary of online purchasing, this would change their minds!.

I highly recommend this store to every one!

I am very pleased with my purchases at Lampandlight. They have a very large selection of lighting for every occasion. The product descriptions are very accurate and true to reality. The dimensions provided for each type of lighting are also very helpful. The delivery to Dublin was very fast (about 3 days from purchase). Good quality for the price and lots of promotions.

Extremely quick delivery - lamp seems good quality - slightly tricky to assemble but that's fine - expected for some lamps I guess. Would have preferred to have an LED lamp I could replace but we'll see how the promise of 20,000 hours of light goes. 2 year warranty, let's hop I don't need it. Happy with the price paid also.

Classic Floor Lamp

I was really impressed with the range of products available and the value in terms of prices. Time between order and receipt of delivery was short and the product, once received, was of a very high quality. The floor lamp was very simple to assemble and the inclusion of a UK/IRE plug adapter was a nice touch.

I love the product and it was very easy to assemble. The lamp arrived very quickly and all the packaging was recyclable. My only gripe is that the bulb I bought, which was recommended, was very dim and only suitable for a bedroom lamp. Otherwise I am very happy with the lamp and the company.

A very good web site, good detail and keen pricing. The bankers lamp was ðelivered within days. Beautifully and professionally double packed of really good quality. Moreso than what was expected for the price. The whole experience was online shopping at its best A very happy irish customer

Lamp was a good price. Quality as expected and arrived well packaged and on time. It is working well. However it has a European plug and adapter. This was not clear from the website. I am using it on a 5 amp circuit so had to change the plug anyway.

We bought one pair of outdoor lamps which were nice but didn't match our house, was very easy to return , took few days to receive the refund. Bought another beautiful lamps , good design, at good price. Will buy again.
